The fruit for our 2018 Rte Blanc is sourced from two vineyards in the Napa Valley. The first is a dry-farmed, 1.5 acre vineyard just north of downtown St. Helena. This site has been farmed by the Amendola family for over 30 years and in 2018 we converted this site to organic farming. We also source fruit for this special wine from Yountmill Vineyards, a CCOF certified ranch on the valley floor in Yountville.
Aromas of nectarine, green apple, and mango with a touch of minerality. Electric acidity dominates the palate on this cooler vintage of Rte Blanc. The bright acidity gives way to lemon pith and meringue, with a subtle grapefruit finish.
