Sonora is one the of the most wonderful pastry flours we know - light in color and flavor, it’s slightly sweet and buttery. Sonora is as versatile as it is delicious, making fluffy light pancakes, waffles, cookies, cakes, biscuits, scones, tortillas, pasta and pizza crust. It looks like white flour but delivers so much more in terms of flavor, baking characteristics, and nutrition.
Our Baker's Blend is a blended flour that takes the best of three hard red winter wheats and combines them into a flour with incredible baking qualities and magnificent flavor. It has a beautiful mild and nutty aroma and flavor. Honoré’s Baker’s Blend bakes gorgeous breads, dinner rolls, naan, quick breads, crackers, and pie crust.
All our flours are grown in Northern California on organic small scale farms without irrigation. They're stone-ground fresh for each order for peak flavor and nutrition. 100% whole wheat.
